Rum-Honeyed Onions

List of Ingredients
1 lb. small onions
¼ cup Bermuda Honey or Other Multi-floral Honey
2 tbs. unsalted butter
¼ cup Gosling's Black Seal RumRecipe
Boil onions in salted water until tender, but still firm. Drain and remove skins. In large sauté pan, heat together the honey, butter & rum. Add the onions and cook until well glazed with the sauce, spooning the sauce over the top and rolling the tasty onions around until just softened. Serve hot.
