Tiroler Dumpling

List of Ingredients
4 large rolls
1 small onion
1/2 bunch parsley
4 oz. sliced bacon
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
4-5 oz. milk
Recipe
Dice rolls in 1 inch cubes, dice the onions fine, wash and chop parsley.
Dice the bacon into small strips and sauté with onions until golden brown, add to diced rolls, add eggs, parsley, milk and flour to mixture, add salt and pepper. Let dough rest for 20 minutes.
Wrap in plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Tie the ends to secure.
Put in boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from water, let sit for 5 minutes and remove foil, cut into slices and serve with your favorite meal
