4 Small turnips
6 Carrots
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Brown sugar twin
1 t SaltRecipe
Peel and chop the turnips and carrots. Place in medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Gently cook until tender.Drain vegetables.Add butter and brown sugar twin.
Mash with a potatoe masher.Adjust taste with salt and brown sugar twin.
Serves 6.
