1 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce
¹/4 cup soy sauce (or lite soy sauce)
¹/4 cup orange juice
¹/4 cup honey
2 lbs. chicken wings
1 bunch scallions, divided
Recipe
In a large bowl, mix together white wine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, orange juice and honey.
Dip chicken wings in mixture, coating completely with the marinade. Refrigerate 4-6 hours, mixing occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain and reserve marinade. Place chicken wings in 13"x9" baking dish and bake 45 minutes, basting often with marinade.
Shred 3 scallions and clean remaining scallions for garnish.
Transfer wings to serving dish and sprinkle with shredded scallions. Serve whole scallions along side.
