Barbecued Hot Beef Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups ketchup
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 dashes paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 roast beef (3 pounds) cooked, cooled and shredded
1 dozen hamburger buns
Recipe
In a skillet, brown onions in butter until tender.
Combine onions with the rest of ingredients and beef in a Crock-Pot or slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve on hamburger buns.
Yield: 12 sandwiches
