    2 cans lump crabmeat- drained
    1 8oz container cream cheese
    4 oz sour cream
    6 table spoons Red Horseradish (white will do, but red looks better)
    1 jar ****tail sauce- like you dip shrimp into??
    white pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
    liberal use of hot sauce (I like Texas Pete, but Tabasco will work)

    Recipe



    mix sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl w/an electric mixer.
    add white pepper (to your discretion) to the mix- it will be thick
    fold in drained crabmeat
    spoon into a pewter serving dish (has to be atleast 1" deep)
    mix horseradish, ****tail sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice and spread on
    top of crab mixture
    refrigerate for 1 hour

    serve with crackers- either as a dip or spread

    You'll be dining like an upscale pirate!
