    16 ounces plain yogurt
    8 ounces low-fat ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup fresh dill, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Line strainer with cheese cloth. Spoon the yogurt into the lined strainer, and place over bowl under the strainer. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours; discard liquid after straining. Mix your newly made yogurt cheese with remaining ingredients. Chill covered for at least 1 hour.
