Face-off Fettuccine Alfredo

1/4 cup butter 50 mL
1-1/2 cups whipping cream 375 mL
1 pkg Catelli Fettuccine 500 g
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 125 mL
1 cup smoked ham, diced 250 mL
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed 250 mL
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Recipe
Melt butter with cream; keep warm.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Add Parmesan cheese and toss 1 minute. Add butter-cream mixture, ham and peas; continue to toss 1 minute longer or just until thickened, and ham and peas are heated through. Serve topped with additional cheese, if desired.
Serves 4.
