    2lbs. Ground Beef
    1c. Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

    1c. Taco Sauce {Mild, Medium or Hot, your choise}

    1c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

    1c. Montaray Jack Cheese, shredded

    1/2c. Onion, chopped

    2tbsps. Garlic, ,inced

    1pt. Sour Cream

    Corn or Tortilla Chips

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Brown ground beef with a touch of salt and pepper in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.

    Combine mayo and taco sauce in small bowl. Stir in ground beef. Add 3/4c. cheeses, onion and garlic. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Top with remaining cheeses. Insert corn or tortilla chips around edge of pie plate and bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes.


    Serving Suggestions
    Serve with additional chips and a dollup of sour cream on top of each chip.
