1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 package Lawry's original-style Spaghetti Sauce Spices and Seasoning
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
1 package (10 ounce) Rigatoni pasta, cooked
1 carton (16 ounce) small curd low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups (6 ounce) shredded Chedder cheese
Recipe
In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain fat. Add Seasoned Salt, Spaghetti Seasonings, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let saimmer uncovered for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer half of the pasta, cottage cheese and meat sauce. Sprinkle ½-cup cheese over the meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Serves 8.
