List of Ingredients
4 8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon Zest
1 1/2 teaspoon of Lime Zest
2 Tablespoons of chopped garlic
3 Tablespoons of chopped Cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe
Place all the ingredients in a sealable plastic bag, seal and shake well to combine. Open the bag just a little bit and squeeze out all the air. Refrigerate for six hours. At the tailgate party, prepare a medium hot grill, and oil the grates. Grill for 5-8 minutes on each side or until done.
