1 tablespoon chili powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder dry chili flakes to taste ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and fresh coarse ground black pepper to taste
1 sheet commercial frozen puff pastry
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Let the puff pastry thaw before trying to unfold it. When thawed, place the sheet on a lightly floured surface and roll lightly; just enough to smooth out the fold lines. Paint the surface with:
one raw egg beaten lightly with one tablespoon of cold water.
Then sprinkle half of the surface of the puff pastry liberally with the seasoning mix. You may not need to use it all. Fold the unsprinkled half over the sprinkled half and press down gently with the palms of your hands. Using a crinkle cut pastry wheel, cut the pastry into strips. Give each strip a few twists like for a barber pole and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with bakers parchment. Paint the surfaces with the egg wash and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mix. Bake in pre heated 350º oven until golden brown and prepare to enjoy the munching and the game.
