1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces (1 cup) LAND O LAKES® American Cheese, shredded
2 ounces sliced deli ham, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
48 melba toast rounds


Recipe



Stir together all ingredients except toast rounds in small bowl.
Spread about 1 teaspoonful cheese mixture onto each toast round.
Microwave on HIGH on microwave-safe plate until cheese begins to melt (10 to 15 seconds).
Makes 48 appetizers.

TIP: Cheese mixture can be served cold as spread for crackers or melba toast
