3 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese (750ml)
1 pkg Cream Cheese (softened 250g)
2 Tbsp Port wine (30ml)
Paprika
3 Black olives, sliced
Red Pepper Strips

Blend - together the cheeses and wine
Wrap - the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.
Form - wrapped cheese ball into the shape of a football. Unwrap; sprinkle with paprika
Use - black olives and red pepper to form eyelets and laces of the football. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, apple and pear slices, or grape clusters.
