    List of Ingredients




    * 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 2 cloves minced garlic
    * 1 cup sliced onion
    * 3 red potatoes – boiled (firm) and cut in 1/2" slices
    * 1 teaspoon oregano
    * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    * 1 package Johnsonvilleâ Brats
    * 2 cups baked beans
    * 1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar
    * 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
    * 1/4 teaspoon Cholulaâ Hot Sauce

    # Preheat your Coleman Road Trip GRILL® to low. Place the brats on the grill and cook for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Using tongs (not a fork), turn the brats several times during the cooking process.
    # After the brats have been cooking for approximately 15 minutes, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, baked beans, BBQ sauce and the hot sauce. Place on the burner side of the grill and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer, heat for 10 minutes and hold for service.
    # Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan on the burner side of the grill over medium heat. Add the garlic and heat for 30 seconds.
    # Add the onion, potatoes, oregano, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes, cover with aluminum foil and remove from the heat.
    # To serve, make a ring of potatoes and onions on each plate. Pour the beans in the center of the ring and place the cooked brats in a star formation on the top of the beans. ENJOY!
