Purdue Pete's Favorite Sandwich

List of Ingredients
1 loaf round Hawaiian bread
margarine
3/4 lb shaved ham
3/4 lb shaved turkey
1/4 lb colby-jack cheese
1/4 lb Swiss cheese
sliced tomato
sliced red onion
lettuce leaves
Recipe
Remove loaf of bread from packaging; keep packaging. Slice bread into three equal pieces horizontally. Spread lightly with margarine on each piece that has been sliced so all bread is covered. Starting with bottom, place all ham and Swiss cheese, add onion to cover, top with lettuce. Add next layer of bread, top with all turkey and colby- jack cheese, top with tomato and lettuce. Add top; place bamboo shish kabob skewers into each place where you will cut a piece (pie-shaped pieces), cut skewers in half and use in next piece. Skewers will keep sandwich together. Place sandwich back into pie pan and slide sandwich back into packaging. Keep chilled until lunch.
Will serve 4 to 8 depending on how many Purdue Petes you are serving.
