“Red Zone” Hot Brats

List of Ingredients
1 package of Johnsonville Bratwurst
Sauce
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
¼ cup Cholula Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
1. Preheat your grillto medium. Place the “brats” on the grill, turn the
heat to low, and grill the brats for 25-30 minutes. Remove the brats, let cool, and cut in 1-inch slices.
2. In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
3. Place the sliced brats back on the grill and brush both sides with the glaze. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
4. Remove from the grill and enjoy.
