    1 pkg Catelli Spaghettini 500 g
    ½ cup each: sliced or diced carrots, celery and onions 125 mL
    2 tbsp olive oil 30 mL
    1 lb lean ground beef, pork or chicken 500 g
    2 jars Catelli Garden Select 6 Vegetable Recipe 'Parmesan & Romano' Pasta Sauce (700 mL each) 2 jars
    ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley 50 mL

    Recipe



    Cook spaghettini according to package directions.
    Sauté carrots, celery and onions in oil until tender. Add beef; sauté until meat is no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; simmer 5-6 minutes.
    Serve meat sauce over spaghettini.

    Serves 4.
