6-8 slices of Land O' Frost Smoked Ham
1 tsp sauerkraut, or more to taste
1 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
2 slices rye bread
1 slice Swiss cheese
2 tbsp butter or margarine
Recipe
Drain kraut, set aside. Butter both slices of rye bread on one side, placing one slice, buttered side down on a preheated skillet. Add cheese, dressing, Land O' Frost Smoked Ham and sauerkraut, topping with the second buttered slice of bread. Grill on medium heat approximately 3 minutes on first side and then turn and grill another 2-3 minutes. Serve with pickle and chips.
