    Four large yellow onions
    One medium-sized can of sauerkraut
    One stick of butter

    Recipe



    Slice onions into rings. In a large skillet, melt butter with the onions and fry until golden brown. Drain water from sauerkraut and stir into fried onions. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool and store in refrigerator. On game day, reheat at Lambeau Field and smother atop a juicy Johnsonville brat on hard roll.
