    List of Ingredients




    2 ½ pounds ground beef
    1 pound red bell pepper (small dice)
    1 pound onions (small dice)
    2 jalapeño peppers (small dice)
    6 cloves garlic (small dice)
    1 can chipotle peppers (pureed)
    2 15-oz cans black beans
    2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
    2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
    3 15-oz cans chili beans
    1 cup chili powder
    3 tablespoons ground cumin
    3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons coriander
    18 ounces of beer (ale)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Sauté onions, peppers and garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and brown. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 2-2 ½ hours. Adjust seasonings.
