Cut up your favorite fruits into pieces or chunks that will easily fit on your kebob sticks, usually fitting around four different fruits per kebab. Place your whole, untrimmed Pineapple on your serving plate, trimming the bottom if necessary to allow it to stand straight and steady. Insert the kebabs into the pineapple to serve.
