    List of Ingredients




    10-12 slices Land O' Frost® Premium Smoked Breast of Turkey
    10-12 slices provolone cheese, cut in halves
    Roast:
    1 medium sized fresh asparagus
    3 red peppers, cut lengthwise in 1/8ths
    3 cloves of crushed garlic
    4 tbsp olive oil

    Recipe



    Suggested spices to taste: basil, oregano, pepper and salt.

    Recipe:
    Mix garlic and olive oil, pour over asparagus and red peppers in a microwave/oven safe cooking dish. Roast at 400° in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until some edges of the peppers brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle spices and refrigerate for up to two days, or use at once.

    Lay out 2 pieces of Land O' Frost® Premium Smoked Turkey. Stack 2 halves of cheese on top of one side of turkey, place 1 red pepper strip and 1 asparagus spear on top of cheese and fold turkey over the top of the vegetables.

    Place 3 fanned-out rollups on individual plates.
