“Third and Long” Spicy Swordfish

List of Ingredients
* 4 6-ounce swordfish portions; rubbed with olive oil
Sauce
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 2 cloves minced garlic
* 1/2 cup drained black beans (from a can)
* 1/2 cup salsa
* 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Cholulaâ Hot Sauce
* juice from 1/2 lemon
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantroRecipe
# On a plate, rub the swordfish on both sides with olive oil.
# Pre-heat the barbecue grill to medium heat. Place the swordfish on the grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is firm to the touch.
# When you flip the swordfish, heat a sauté pan on the burner side of the grill and melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the black beans, salsa, vinegar, hot sauce, lemon juice and cilantro. Cook for 1 minute.
# Place the swordfish on plates and top with the sauce. ENJOY!
