    * 1/4 cup Bacon Dippings
    * 1 each Red Onion diced
    * 1 cup Ketchup
    * 2 tblspn Worcestershire Sauce
    * 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    * 12 oz Beer, dark, or light
    * 2 tblspn Chili Powder
    * 1/4 cup Spicy Mustard
    * 1/4 cup Chopped Garlic
    * 2 tblspn Black Pepper
    * 1/4 cup Chopped Jalapeno

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together in a stock pot.
    · Slow simmer for 45 minutes to an hour until
    sauce reduces to desired thickness.
    · Baste your favorite meat with BBQ sauce.
