    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. softened cream cheese (1 package) 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    juice of 1 lemon 1 cup minced clams (2 6.5 oz. cans) - drained
    2 tablespoons shredded radish (use 1 13 oz.. can of artichoke hearts - drained and
    a cheese grater) chopped in 1/4" pieces (yields approximately
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 1/4 cups)
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon Cholula Hot sauce crackers of your choice



    Recipe



    1. In a blender, place the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, shredded radish, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, celery seed, Hot Sauce, salt and white pepper. Blend until smooth.

    2. Pour this into a plastic mixing bowl. Add the minced clams, chopped artichoke hearts and chives. Combine until mixed and smooth. Cover and place in the refrigerator.

    3. When ready to serve, place in a plastic serving bowl. Place this bowl on a serving platter and surround with your favorite crackers. ENJOY!

    Makes approx 3 cups
