    "Super Bowl" Caesar Steak Wrap

    1 pound boneless dry aged sirloin steak
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 (10 inch)Toufayan Garlic Pesto Wraps or flour tortillas
    10 tablespoons Brianna’s Caesar Dressing with Asiago, divided
    4 tablespoons minced shallots, divided
    2 cups shredded romaine, divided
    1/2 cup shaved Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese, divided

    Recipe



    Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Rub both sides of steak with olive oil; season both sides with salt and pepper.

    Pan sear steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until steak is medium rare. Chill steak several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Before assembling wraps, cut steak into very thin slices; set aside.

    Spread each wrap with 1 tablespoon of dressing. Divide steak slices over wrap; sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shallots over each wrap. Divide romaine and shaved cheese over and drizzle with remaining dressing.

    Fold right and left sides of wrap over filling; fold bottom edge over and roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Remove plastic wrap and cut rolls diagonally in half; secure with wooden picks.
