    Parsley Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp margarine/oil

    1 large onion - thinly sliced

    2-3 tbsp corn flour

    2-3 tsp marmite

    275ml water, or thereabouts

    Salt

    Herbs

    Recipe



    1) Heat margarine/oil in a large frying pan and add the thinly sliced onion. Cook the onion over a low heat until slightly caramelized.

    2) Stir in the corn flour- blending very well to avoid lumps. Cook for a few minutes, stirring all the time.

    3) Stir in the the marmite with a wooden spoon, then slowly add boiling water.

    4) Add salt and herbs, and simmer until the gravy has thickened.
