    Vegan Ranch Dressing

    From The Vegetarian No-Cholesterol Family-Style Cookbook by Kate Schumann & Virginia Messina.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup vegan mayonnaise
    1 cup plain soy milk
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    Shake well to blend.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Best if chilled several hours or overnight.
