    6 fresh shucked corn on cob
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 teaspoon white pepper
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 12 ounce beers
    3 tablespoons Tabasco pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Spread the margarine on the corn and sprinkle on the white pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder.

    Put the corn in a large skillet or baking pan.

    Mix the beer and Tabasco and pour over the corn.

    The beer level should be at least 3/4 to the top of the corn.

    Cover the skillet or pan and cook at 425 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time.

    This recipe also works great in a smoker but cooking time should be increased to approximately 2 & 1/2 to 3 hours.
