    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds frozen hash browns
    ¾ cups melted margarine
    1 teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoons pepper
    ½ cups chopped onion (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pint sour cream
    2 cups grated, sharp, cheddar cheese
    2 cups crushed cornflakes

    Recipe



    Partially defrost potatoes. Combine in large bowl with ½ cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Mix remaining margarine and cornflakes and sprinkle over potato mixture.

    Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
