    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1⁄4 ounce salad oil
    1⁄2 of a habanero chile, seeded
    1⁄2 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
    1⁄2 tablespoons pureed garlic
    1⁄2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sliced red onions

    Recipe



    Blend vinegar, oil and habanero, transfer to mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well to ensure even distribution. For best results, allow flavors to blend for 30 minutes before use.
    Yield: 8 ounces
