1 large bunch broccoli
5 table spoon butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cloves garlic
salt and pepperRecipe
strip broccoli (some people nuh knoh yu fi peel it) cut up stalk and
all, blanch for about 2 mins in a pot of salted water. drain well.
separate the florets from the stalk, keep the florets warm.
in a blender puree cooked stalks with butter garlic,cream,salt and
pepper to taste. fold half of the florets into the broccoli puree and
spoon into a serving bowl, float the rest on top....
or sometimes I just stir it all in together
