2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
½ stick butter or oleo, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 cups grated cheese (mild Colby)
Recipe
Mix together and place in a greased casserole. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with ¼ stick melted butter or oleo. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
