3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and chunked

cup sour cream

8 ounces cream cheese

cup milk

teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon onion salt

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

2 tablespoons butter

Paprika

Recipe



Boil potatoes and then mash. Add all the ingredients except the butter and paprika to the mashed potatoes and beat until smooth.

Turn potatoes into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and dot with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
