5 lbs. red bliss potatoes
1 lb. julienne sliced onions
1/2 lb julienne sliced green peppers
liquid margarine
granulated garlic
Lawry's seasoned saltRecipe
Wash potatoes, cut into quarters, and place in a pot of water. Bring potatoes to a boil, reduce heat to a slow boil then cook until tender.
Drain the water off the potatoes. Pour potatoes into a heavy preheated skillet, and then pour enough margarine over to prevent sticking. Add garlic and Lawry's to taste, then top with green peppers and onions. Saute until peppers and onions are tender, turning occasionally. The longer the mixutre simmers, the more the flavors blend.
