3 lbs sliced raw potatoes
1 c Bechemel(white sauce)
1 c Harp Lager
1/4 c chicken stock
4 oz shredded green cabbage
4 oz chopped corned beef, cooked
1 oz hot sauce
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 oz malt vinegar
Recipe
Layer potatoes in pan. Mix together Bechemel, lager, chicken stock, hot sauce, salt and pepper, and malt vinegar. Layer cabbage and corned beef over potatoes. Pour mixture over. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown.
