1 load of potatoes
Water for boiling
Salt ( for water)

Clean potatoes and boil. You may want to leave the skins on, or not.
When cooked, remove from boiling water, and peel. Or not. Eat.
MAKE SURE you have a few potatoes left over, because these need to be
placed in a plastic bag, or an old supermarket bag, or a tupperware
thingy, and left for AT LEAST 24 hours.
The following day, remove potatoes from plastic bag. Heat up some nice
fat, lard, bacon fat, duck fat, etc. Roughly chop potatoes and fry.
Maybe add an onion or two near the end, when browned.
Prepare sausage, bacon, eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes,
kippers, etc - what ever takes you fancy.
When potatoes are nicely browned, they're ready to serve ....
