"Mike's Eye" Avocado Sushi Ball

List of Ingredients
3 ½ cups of rice
4 cups of water
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 teaspoons of salt
1 Avocado
1 tbsp of butter
Soy Sauce
Wasabi seasoningRecipe
Preparing Vinegard Rice
1.Cook white rice. You can use 3.5 cups of rice and 4 cups of water.
2.While rice is cooking, prepare Sushi Vinegar Mix.
Combine:
5 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
4 Tablespoons of Sugar
3 Teaspoons of Salt
3.When rice is fully cooked, add Sushi Vinegar Mix and stir together.
4.Let rice cool to a warm temperature/room temperature
Preparing Mike's Eye
1.Cut an avocado in half, stone and peel.
2.Mix butter and soy sauce into the vinegared rice.
3.Put rice in the avocado and simply top with the seasonings you like or Wasabi
* If making for children, instead of Wasabi seasoning on top use a piece of avocado to make the green circle on the rice.
