Bacon Fried Chicken Wings

1 cup Milk
1 Egg
18 Chicken Wings (about 3 lbs.), disjointed with the tips discarded
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
pinch Cayenne
1/2 lb. Farmer John® Bacon chopped
Recipe
1: Combine the milk and egg in a large bowl. Place chicken wings in mixture and refrigerate 1 hour.
2: Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture and shake off the excess.
3: Spread the chopped bacon over the bottom of a large, heavy frying pan Arrange the wings on top of the bacon in a single layer. Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat, turning the chicken as it browns, until the chicken is tender.
4: Remove the chicken from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle any loose bacon pieces over the chicken before serving.
Serves 4-6.
