1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Dried Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Yogurt
20 Trimmed And Separated WingsRecipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cilantro, crushed pepper, green onions,
curry, sugar, salt, and yogurt. Mix well.
Add the wings, coating them thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4
hours.
Preheat the oven to 350. Spread the wings evenly on a buttered 2 inch deep
baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until brown and cooked through.
Transfer to a platter and serve with pita bread.
