Boston Hot Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

3 lbs. chicken drumettes (or whole wings)
3 tbsp. Hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. White vinegar
1/2 tsp. Paprika
BLUE CHEESE DIP:
1/2 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled, room temperature
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
Recipe
Arrange drumettes on greased or greased foil-lined tray. If you are
using whole wings, discard tips and cut wings apart at joints. Bake in
350 degrees F. oven for about 45 minutes until tender.
Heat butter, pepper sauce, vinegar and paprika in small saucepan to
melt butter. Hold drumettes, 1 at a time with tongs, over saucepan.
Brush each with hot mixture. Keep warm. Makes about 24 drumettes
or 36 pieces of whole wings.
BLUE CHEESE DIP: Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
