1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup pancake syrup
10 pounds buzzard (or chicken) wings
Recipe
In a large bowl combine the barbecue sauce,
soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and syrup.
Dip the wings in the mixture. Place the wings
on two large foil-covered cookie sheets. Pour
the remaining sauce over the wings. Broil
until brown, turning each wing one time. Reduce
the oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake
for 30 minutes. Keep the wings warm in a large
crock-pot turned on low until ready to serve.
Very, very good! Yields about 20 servings.
