    2/3 Cup Canned Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade
    1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
    1/4 Cup Canned Pineapple Juice
    2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
    1/2 Cup Grated Sweetened Coconut
    3 Cloves Garlic -- minced
    1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
    1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    20 Trimmed And Separated Wings

    In a small saucepan over a high flame, heat the coconut milk and orange
    marmalade until the marmalade dissolves. Add the lime and pineapple juices,
    Worcestershire, hot sauce, coconut, garlic, pepper, and cilantro. Stir until
    hot; do not boil. Turn off heat.
    Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and let it cool for 20 minutes.
    Add the wings and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
    Preheat the oven to 350. Remove the wings from the marinade with tongs and
    spread evenly on a buttered 2 inch deep baking dish.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown, glazed, and
    cooked through. Transfer to a platter.
