    Chermoula Chicken Wings with Cactus Pear Ranch

    List of Ingredients

    **CHERMOULA MIX**
    1 cup Olive Oil
    1 cup Lime Juice
    1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 bunch Cilantro, chopped
    1/2 bunch Mint, chopped
    5 tbsp Ground Coriander
    5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    4 tsp Ground Black pepper
    4 tsp Dijon Mustard
    3 tsp Salt
    3 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

    **WINGS**
    12 Baked Chicken Wings

    **CACTUS PEAR RANCH**
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
    1 bunch Fresh Watercress
    3 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
    3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tbsp Salt
    1-1/2 tbsp Chopped Shallots
    1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
    2-1/2 cups Cactus Pear Jelly

    Recipe

    **CHERMOULA MIX**
    1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Set

    **WINGS**
    1. Toss wings in chermoula sauce in sauce pan and serve with cactus pear ranch.

    **CACTUS PEAR RANCH**
    1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until emulsified.
