    Creamy Curry Chicken Wings

    2 lbs. Chicken wingettes or drumettes, washed and dried
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. curry powder (can use more if you like a little more spice)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 packet of Ranch DIP mix

    Recipe



    After washing and drying chicken, place in plastic bag. Add cream and seal bag. Place in fridge for 4-6 hours turning occasionally to coat all sides of chicken. Remove from fridge. In another bag mix dry ingredients. Place chicken from "wet" bag to "dry" bag. Shake to coat. Place chicken in baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour turning once to brown skin on both sides. Then broil for 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
