    Allows one to enjoy all the tobasco laddened goodness of Buffalo wings without lookin' like Hanibal Lecter when the plate's cleared!! Don't forget the Chianti though... Fffffffffffft!

    List of Ingredients




    1-2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breasts
    2 cups Texas Pete Hot Sauce
    2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
    Flour
    Celery, cut
    Bleu Cheese Dressing
    Fresh Bleu Cheese
    Peanut Oil

    Recipe



    A deep fryer makes this a much easier dish; however, a simple pot can be used... Heat Peanut Oil to approximately 350-375 degrees
    In a medium sized bowl, combine Texas Pete Hot Sauce and melted butter. Stir and set aside.
    Cut chicken to desired strip length and size. Coat with flour and fry for 4-5 minutes or until chicken turn a nice brown begins to float. Remove from hot oil and allow to drain for 30 seconds.
    Dip hot chicken into Texas Pete/Butter Sauce and serve immediately with celery stalks and bleu cheese dressing as an accompanyment. (Feel free to add a little fresh bleu cheese to the dressing if it lacks the desired large chunks of bleu cheese!!)
