    1-1/2 lbs. chicken wings
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    Lime zest
    2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
    1 tbsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Red pepper flakes

    Recipe



    1. Cut off wing tips at joints and discard. Cut wings into two pieces at joint.
    2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add wings. Coat with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    3. Preheat grill. Remove wings from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill wings over medium heat for 16 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
