1 (2 1/2-pound) bag frozen chicken wings (without added seasonings)
1 teaspoon Goya Adobo seasoning blend without salt (see note)
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/3 cup Goya Sofrito sauce (see note)
1/3 cup Goya Recaito sauce (see note)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup water Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For easy cleanup, use disposable or foil-lined pans. Arrange frozen wings in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with Adobo. Using your hands, combine barbecue sauce, Sofrito, Recaito, oil and mustard; slather sauce onto frozen wings. Add water to pan. Bake for 1 hour. (For less crispy wings, reduce baking time.) When wings have reached desired crispiness, decrease temperature to 300 degrees. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Serve hot.
