    Source of Recipe

    American Firefighter

    List of Ingredients

5 or 8 pounds chicken wings
    1 large jar mayonnise
    3 tablespoons pepper
    salt to taste
    1/2 of a lemon
    4 tablespoons vinegar
    1 teaspoon sugar

    Recipe

open mayonniase..Take out 1/2 cup and set aside.add all the rest of ingreidents to the jar and stir around a little.. put lid back on top of jar and shake for a few minutes.. Cut tips off top of the wings and cut the rest of the wings in half and put on BBQ grill...pour some of the white sauce in a bowl and base the chicken with it often...when chicken wings are done ,you can add more white sauce at the table...put the leftover sauce in frig ....and add the 1/2 cup of mayonniase you took out back in same jar and shake...can keep for two weeks in frig for later use...My fellow firefighters really love these wings and sauce...They ask for it almost every other shift...Hope all my firefighter buddies really need to try this recipe..
